The process we take is unique to each of our clients needs. When given an executive search assignment we create a shortlist with 5 days from the search. We will select the most suitable candidates and add them to a shortlist for the client to review. From sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing we take the client through the process step by step.
Once a candidate has been placed we offer full support to the new employee with regular contact to help and coach the candidate into the new role and the new company. As our reputation states that our retention of candidates in new roles is the best in the industry.
