Shortlist – after looking for the individual we will present a shortlist of the most suited candidates available for interview.
Negotiating the deal – as an intermediary we are able to negotiate a package that will be benefit both
parties and takes in the needs of client and candidate.
Following up – keep a constant relationship with candidate and client. With regular conversations to ease the candidate in joining a new company.
